Digital File Delivery: Digital file sized at 8.5 x 11" in .jpeg + .png form will be delivered to you via email once we complete and ship the custom tote.
Shipping: All prints are sealed in clear cellophane for weather resistance and shipped in a thick cardboard mailer for safety.
How to order: Select your font, line style of choice, add to cart, and purchase. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours requesting images of your pet for the portrait & custom text preference.
Options for the ear illustrations on tote bags include 2 different line styles:
- Thick lines for a more basic and simple outline.
- Thin lines which allow for more detail.
The illustration includes the ears and nose by default but can be changed upon request

In order to maintain the integrity of the bag we recommend to spot treat small stains and use machine washing as a last resort. Air dry ONLY.
