The Digital Pet Portrait file includes access to the pets digital art, so you can use it as you please for personal use. The file will be emailed to you when we ship your Koozie out.
The size of the Koozie is 5-1/4" x 3-7/8" (laying flat) Made with premium HTV vinyl. Colors may be limited due to this being a seasonal item.
How to order: Select color of koozie, add to cart, and purchase. I will email you within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri) requesting images of your pet for the portrait. Your order will be processed according to current portrait turn around times. For a speedier turn around, add one of our rush order options to your order.
Sales are final due to personalization, but if there are any issues during the shipping process, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Care Instructions: In order to increase the longevity of the koozie we recommend to spot treat small stains by hand. Air dry ONLY.
